But to be fair, there was a sign that said "Event Parking" with an arrow pointing towards the area. But the Frat House had the sign there for sporting events and there was no sporting event that day, so they didn't have anyone out there collecting money from the people parking. I guess the Frat didn't realize the Beckster would be there that day and just left the sign out.
