Originally Posted By Malin This comes as no suprise to me. I knew maybe short-term attendance would be hit. But for the long-term future this has to be considered a great result. Some of the blame for the weaker attendance straight after the reopening in April is the fault of the Oriential Land Company anyway. Who kept the possible reopening dates quiet for to long. Possibly forcing several to push back upcoming trips to a later date because of the uncertainty involved. With DisneySea's 10th Anniversary Event "Be Magical" starting tomorrow its highly likely attendance will continue to increase. I know I will be out in Tokyo in November showing my support and enjoying all the new attractions and shows like Mickey's Philharmagic and Fantasmic. And where have all the people gone who gave me such a hard time earlier this year for even suggesting that the Resort should reopen so soon even though Fukishima remains to this day a very troubled zone. I am personally very happy that the Resort was able to bounce back so quickly and provide much needed work for employees and fun for visitors during what has been a very difficult year for Japan.
