Bravo, creepy and fun Melvyn. You were the highlight of our trip.

We immediately got back on the ride to get a picture of this guy and he was gone.

    Spooky.

    Anyone else seen this guy?

page down a bit for a pic of him. There are better pics out there but I don't have one. He's a great CM. A bit quirky, but great, imho.

When the state inspectors from DOSH come and inspect each park attraction twice per year, Maynard and all other CM's need to have all of their training paperwork in compliance in order to pass. It would be nearly impossible to track if Disneyland went back to the old way of allowing CM's to learn and work as many attractions around the park as their tenure and talents allowed.

It's called "land locking", and what it boils down to is your tax dollars at work in one of most heavily legislated states in the union.

Maynard hasn't worked at Haunted Mansion in at least five years, as my memory serves.

Very fun, and not something that used to happen very often at the DLR Mansion in years past. (The Magic Kingdom HM CMs have always seemed to creep it up more than the DL ones, in my experience).

    Super good at being creepy.

    Yay! Melvyn!

I'll qualify this by saying I've never met Maynard, but I'm all for CM's getting into the act and enhancing the experience on all attractions. I'm glad to here other CM's in the HM are displaying such enthusiasm. Heck, let them play. It's not like they're overpaid.
