Disneyland continues to offer sub-standard veggie food - the veggie Monte Cristo is good but not for someone on a calorie-controlled diet! The rest of the park is largely a bust for veggies - I'd always recommend getting out of the park to eat. DCA is far better - particularly the Trattoria. Even the counter serve is way better - not just the usual pizza and veggie burger options. Brekkie doesn't make much difference but I really like the breakfast burrito at White Water - you can ask for it to be made without meat. I'm still a huge fan of La Brea's veggie breakfasts too.

Just to name a few: Redd Rocketts Pizza Port (RRPP): o Fusilli with Tomato and Basil o Cheese or Veggie Pizza o Starfield of Greens Salad El Rancho del Zocalo: o Cheese Enchiladas o Veggie Burrito or Taco Salad o Ceasar Salad (hold the chicken) Cafe Orleans: o Crepes Ratatouille o Three Cheese Monte Cristo o House Salad Fast Food: o Roasted Portobello & Vegetable Sandwich (Tomorrowland Terrace) o Fried Green Tomato Sandwich (Hungry Bear) o Cheese Pizza, Apple & Cheddar Salad (Village Haus) o Vegetarian Gumbo (Royal St Veranda) o Vegetarian Chili (Harbour Galley) o Baked Potato (Troubador Tavern) o Corn on the Cob (Edelweiss Snacks) All-in-all, not a bad selection from which to choose (especially for a Theme Park) - be sure to also speak to the Cook and/or Manager at the restaurant to ask about other options as well (Disney prides itself in being very accommodating to as many different food/lifestyle choices as possible. When in doubt, check in with them - they will work with you). Have a great trip!

Of course, like the regular Monte Cristo, it's going to leave you feeling like you need to hibernate for a week to digest it. - The veggie skewers at Bengal BBQ are tasty, but are cooked over the same grill as the meat skewers. A definite no-no for strict vegetarians. - Veggie burgers are available everywhere that burgers are. Of course, they're cooked on the same grill as the regular burgers, which is again a no-no. I sometimes eat them anyway, except the ones at Taste Pilots, which made me sick (literally). - I enjoy watching the Billys while eating fried mozzarella sticks. Very high fat, of course. - The veggie burrito at Rancho is tasty and filling and Disney says the beans are fried in vegetable oil. (I've chosen to disregard the persistent rumor that the kitchen is secretly using lard.) - There are now a Quizno's and a Subway on Harbor. Easy enough to pick up a sandwich on the way in. - Napolini has good veggie options, as does Tortilla Jo's. - I was unimpressed with the veggie options at Brennan's and shocked at the price.
