Okay, I'm a bit under the weather, so maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me, but is that chef in the middle supposed to be the Swedish Chef or is he someone new? 'Cause he doesn't look anything like the Swedish Chef. . . and why would they come out with someone new when the Swedish Chef is so awesome?

He's an Italian chef named Angelo. I don't know why they went with him instead of the Swedish Chef except maybe he can have more of a vocabulary as they go through the recipes?
