We still have our AZ drivers licenses. She said she didn't think Disney would turn away a sale if we showed up with them and could not offer the residency proof they "might" require. However, the tickets are not refundable and I would hate to purchase tickets that I can't use or return for a refund.

Does anyone know how strict Disney is on the use of these tickets? They are hopper passes for three days and I also wondered if anyone knows if they make you show proof of residency EACH day or do they just require it the first day of use? Thank you for any help!!

Have you moved to SoCal? Do you have a lease or some other documentation saying you now live here? I've taken a utility bill when I wanted to buy a 2-Fer when my DL still said Northern CA.

However, if you pre-buy it, and use it at the turnstiles, I don't think they'll ask for proof of residency. It's only if you buy it at the ticketbooths.

If Disney did not do this everyone would try being a resident too.

I too have seen people denied entry. If you had the proof necessary you would not be looking here for advice.

Why would Disney have any reason to believe otherwise? My mom went to DLR with us in August and used one of these tickets. She lives in SoCal but was never asked to prove it.

She moved from AZ to So CA and was wondering how much proof, if any, she needed. What is wrong with asking advice?

Sorry but there are other methods of proving residency, one of which SuzieQ has shown.

If the OP cannot prove residency with a utility bill it does make one wonder why.

Without proof we would all qualify. As I mentioned in my comment previous, a utility bill is a great thing because any new resident would be able to come up with it.

Where did the OP ask anything about a utility bill? She asked about a CDL. Others suggested she use the utility bill. Why all the finger wagging Charming?

I think suggesting the utility bill is a great idea, most people especially older people wouldn't think about that one.

I certainly would plan ahead if I was planning on trying to buy a SC pass w/o a CA dl.

Well, hello, Charming. Perhaps it was this statement of yours that led me to believe you were addressing the OP.
