I'm guessing it will be dusk when a digital camera doesn't always take the best picture on the auto settings. I won't exactly be able to bring a tripod, and the stars aren't exactly going to stop and hold their pose. Does anyone have any advice for those types of pictures? What type of settings might work the best? Do you think I should be at the end so it's much darker and the flash might help more, or should I be in the middle of Main Street so it will be light a little longer (I'd rather not be at the beginning of the red carpet).

My niece, 15, had an awesome time. We took many, many pictures and autographs. It was well worth the trip and the sore legs and feet. We were in that spot for about 12 hours.
