LOS ANGELES — The Internet’s snarkier corners love to poke fun at Disney characters. Like cat videos, something about a sardonic princess meme is simply irresistible. Disney, as one might guess, almost never finds it amusing. But Mickey Mouse might have a sense of humor after all: Disney XD, a cable channel that programs gently rowdy content for teenagers (or, in Disney corporate language, “pushes the edges of the brand”), has hired the anonymous producer behind YouTube’s absurdist Bad Lip Reading channel to mock the “High School Musical” franchise.
