For some people it's shoes, or handbags, or Disney pins. With me, it's flashlights.

    What's your purchasing compulsion?

Feed your flashlight fetish, young man. It's okay.

My purchasing compulsion is chocolate. And, for the past two weeks, Disney pins on E-bay. But, that's over and I've got a lovely little stock to kick off my sweetie's and DD's new little habit. ;)

But, yeah. I brake for Hershey bars. And Knightnfrees can tell ya....many other delectable chocolate delights as well.

    Buy on, Brother Kar2oonMan!

Flashlights, never heard of that...were your afraid of the dark as a child?

My kids -- it's lipgloss/chapstick. They "need" a new one everytime we go to Walmart.

    But mostly shoes.

Never heard of a flashlight fetish, but a least it's practical :)

Since I'm no longer turning in school assignments I can write in as many colors as I want.

Oh, and I have a new addiction

...a baby boy's outfit on clearance. Every single time I walk into Wal-Mart or Target or Costco or any other place that sells children's clothes I have to check the clearance rack before I leave. I'm getting pretty discriminating though. 30% off rarely does it for me, it usually needs to be 50% off or more for me to consider it. However, since I'm buying for every size from 9 months on up I usually find something.

But! And it's a big butt...my co-worker gave me her large Godiva dark chocolate bar! It was sooooo dark and had flecks of the cocoa bean or whatever in it (crunchy!) and I ate a few squares each day and now I'm a convert to dark chocolate, too. Didn't really care for it before unless it appeared in a Mounds (cue the knight!) candy bar.

Thanks again for the sweet tip! xoxo

My buying compulsion is DVD's... Especially if they're on sale... I always walk by the DVD's in any store that has them...

My other fetish is jackets... Why? I dunno... But I have several dozen jackets sitting around and I don't even live in a very cold climate area! I just like jackets! :)

My current compulsion: stuff for my car. My car is only 3 months old and I already have gotten: tint, alarm, stiffer motor mounts, intake, shifter bushings, upgraded all interior lights to LEDs, upgraded headlights to HIDs. On order are several suspension parts. I havent even made 3 payments on it yet and I think I have voided pretty much all of the warranty. lol

File this under the TMI file: in 8th grade, weighing it at a respectable 90 lbs, measurements 32-23-36! Yes, 36. Like Jessica Rabbit, I am just drawn that way. I'm not a brick house of the famed song; I am a brick wall.

Remember the song about the Butt sisters? Just call me Bertha, honey.

My childhood is not on trial here!

But, yes, now that you mention it, I was. Plus, I loved horror movies, which of course made the fear of the dark worse. It was a vicious circle.

I had a stack of board games in my closet. One of them was a Dark Shadows game, with a hideous vampire Barnabas Collins face bearing his fangs. Every night it would stare at me. Had to keep the hall light on, couldn't sleep without it and ---

Hey, hey, I said my childhood isn't on trial here! I just like flashlights, okay?!?
