One night after the park closed, a crew went around removing the signs because there was a claim that the Spanish part of the sign meant different things to different dialects, and rather than deal with the confusion, management felt it was best to remove the signs entirely. Some people thought perhaps the signs were removed because some found it offensive that Spanish readers were targeted.

However it would be nice is everyone did wash their hands after using the washrooms.

I don't think the fault lies with Disney or the Sponsor.

    Rinse......... check
Dry hands thoroughly using environmentally unfriendly paper towels... check.

I thought to myself, "HUH?" (this restroom doesn't have those signs, yet). The delayed reaction hit me hours later when I saw the sign in the Adventureland rest room. And thus, the mocking begins.
