I still think the odds of flipping are low, but AZ does have a significant Hispanic population, which is breaking heavily toward Obama. It's just more indication that not only is the Obama campaign trying to maximize their wins, but to minimize their losses. It's not quite the 50 state strategy, but it's not that far off either.
