I guess I should have stated while they were operating, instead of depending on if attraction is open. Those were the things my family did, the rest are things we do do (at least as of last visit).

Ride both sides of the Matterhorn, preferably both during the day and after dark. Pretend to steer the Mr. Toad car once or twice. Crank a couple of penny-operated movie machines in the Penny Arcade. Check out our brick in the Esplanade. If it's the last time on Soarin', wait if necessary for the top row. Nod to the pirate who looks just like my 7th grade gym teacher.
