Now they do like Boomerang for some reason, but It's pretty much all Disney Channels at my house

I'm tired of watching the junk they put on there now. Heck, why not put the same show they play at the hotels about "The top 10 Must See things To do"? With nostalgic folks like us out there, I think they'd be even more profitable if they'd try to target more than the kids 'n tweens. I miss the good ol' days! lol

Sorry but its a good one I think: Two years ago my (now he's 5) 3 year old son was hospitalized with Pneumonia. He was in the hosp for over two weeks. To make a long story a lot shorter, a 3 year old can go bad extremely fast with pneumonia. ok ok ok my point... my son was very very sick, oh soo very sick. In fact there was a two day period that my wife and I were told to stay at the children's hospital 24/7. One of the most encouraging things we saw every day or night, was that around 4 AM my son would be awake and wanted to watch the Disney Channel. As I walked around Scottish Rite Children's Hospital, making deals with God concerning my son, I began to noitce hundreds of kids watching the Disney Channel during the middle of the night. I thought back then, "Thank God there are channels like the Disney Channel for these kids." Something like Toon Disney in the middle of the night is such a silly thing for us to contemplate, but during my son's brush with death, the Disney Channel was paramount for him. Now during the three days that things were really really looking bad, he didn't watch TV, I watched it for him. There are millions of kids in hospitals across the country that need some channels during the middle of the night, and thank goodness Disney does it. I look at Cartoon Net and see Adult Swim...garbage. I look at Nick Toons late...trash. Disney keeps it where it needs to be IMHO.

After lying awake practically every night, Adventures in Wonderland meant that it was finally morning and that my parents would be there soon. (intensive care unit, parent's weren't allowed to stay the night). Anyway, I'm still all for the return of Vault Disney. There's still Toon Disney to keep the kids entertained in the wee hours, which is something that wasn't available back then. Besides, the Vault Disney stuff is great and entertaining for all ages. Entire families used to gather around the tv for this stuff back in the day, and I think it should be the same way today.
