A PAL to NTSC transfer would run fast and have conversion jitter in addition to VHS resolution. Since the cover art is lifted from the VHS, that's probably the source. Actually, given the production values of that website, you'd be fortunate if it had a picture at all. At any rate, anyone who would pay $18.99 for that disc is absolutely off their rocker. If you insist on buying a bootleg, why not make it a cheap one?
