It would be great as Disneyland was the backdrop for their performances and I have fond memories of that show. I'm just happy I have my album and my brother was nice enough to convert it so I can enjoy it whenever.

It wasn't anything special. We were in a restaurant scene and we sat at tables while the kids (little did we know some would be future celebrities) did their thing.

Somewhere we have Polaroid pictures that they took for us. It wasn't a huge thrill but it was better than seeing Mermaid for the 1000th time.

I remember seeing jigsaw puzzles of the 70s MMC when I was in daycare in elementary school.

Due to one of the huge Disney-history books, I thought that Tim Considine and Annette Funicello were hosts (a pic of their guest stint was featured), and so it wasn't many, many, MANY years later on Vault Disney when I would finally view MMC 2.0.

I do have memories of MMC 3.0 though when we had those free week-long previews of Disney Channel. :)

Wahooskipper, I'm jealous we didn't even tour the sets during our trip here. Maybe someday we'll get to see you on the special Vault Disney online channel (my wish - an online option featuring the entire Disney archive of videos, interviews, etc.)

And considering its alumni, I expect the bulk of the 90 minute show will be on MMC 3.0, with heavy emphasis on Justin, Britney and Christina ... like they need more exposure.

And I'm crossing my fingers that Lisa Whelchel will be one of the interviews ...!

The show was better then I thought it would be, even though the 50s and 70s versions were pretty much dealt with in the first 20 minutes.

Although it was predominately the 90s version, it wasn't all Britney/Justin/Christina either. Worth catching in a rerun.
