Haunted Mansion – Fun, but definitely in need of an update. Some of the effects and AA's just don't pass the test in 2006.

BTMRR – Still my absolute favorite Disney coaster, I giggled all the way from start to finish! I’ll still take BTMRR over Expedition Everest any day – although EE was a good ride, too.

Mickey’s Philharmagic – First time seeing this film, and I enjoyed it thoroughly!

IASW – This has never been my favorite, but I found it to be a relaxing bit of entertainment this time around.

Snow White – I had never ridden this dark ride before! Cute and fun!

Stitch’s Escape! – I had done Alien Encounter previously and Stitch is not nearly the same caliber attraction. Certainly cute, but the audio effects don’t seem to be as realistic as the ones on AE. The premise is fun, the story is there, but there is something lost in the execution I am sad to say. I really think this attraction could be tweaked to make it a great one, so I'm not advocating the bulldozers here.

TL Transit Authority – An old favorite and still one of the highlights for my MK journeys.

WDW Railroad – Rode from Frontierland to Mickey’s Toontown Fair. Very scenic – very large ferns growing alongside this railway!

Swiss Family Treehouse – Gotta love the Swisskapolka!

SpectroMagic! – I had never seen this parade before, if you can believe that! I was a little bit underwhelmed. Enjoyable, but not really taken away. I think it might be time for a switch back to the Baroque Hoedown and MSEP – maybe an updated MSEP on steroids?

Jungle Cruise – It has been a long time since I took a cruise down the rivers of the world. The ride looks great. I was a little bit disappointed in the skipper for our journey, but he managed a serviceable, if not fantastic job.

Tom Sawyer Island – I must have been a lot shorter the last time I wandered through the caves, tunnels, and caverns on TSI because I don’t remember bumping my head quite so much! This is still a wonderful retreat in the middle of the MK.

I didn’t hit everything I wanted to do in the MK – it was fairly crowded and I was taking my time to hit some of the lesser attractions that I had neglected in previous trips. Entertainment and characters seemed to be out in full force. The Dapper Dans were alive and well on Main Street and it seemed like there were performers everywhere!

Wishes - I watched the fireworks one evening during dinner at the California Grill. They were fantastic, and it is certainly a great way to take in the show.

There is no better way to start a Disney trip than to walk under the train station and see all the activity on Main Street. I only wish I could make that walk a little more frequently.

I hadn't seen any reports here previously that indicated the boats were out of the water and being stored elsewhere, so I thought I'd let all the geeks know that I spotted them. Not sure if these same boats will go back into the ride, or if they are off to the scrap heap.
