Sadly an Aligator hopping the train tracks into the park does happen quite often, and it should be expected too. As long as people leave the Gator alone he'll leave you alone. I'm sure once it was reported to CastMembers a team was dispatched to remove him, from the park. It certainly does not look like any guest were put in the risk of danger here.
