I'll be going to both Disneyland and Disneyworld in October, and this will be my first time visiting as a member of the armed forces (active duty army). I already know how to get discounted tickets through the MWR, but I'm wondering if being in the armed forces will entitle me to any special deals or discounts.

I already know to get a button when I go to Disneyland on my birthday and what that will bring me, but I'm wondering if showing my military ID anywhere will get me anything.

Sad, I know....but than there's always an AP discount if you get the AP =P

And I know I can't get the discount at the ticket window; there's an MWR resort at WDW and they said I could buy tickets on site there (even though I will be staying somewhere else). Now I just need MWR to get back to me on getting tickets for DL when there's no travel agency on post here.

I'll have to check on the hotel rates, though. Good point.

I don't think free beer, unless you go to Sea World SD's Hospitality Center, and get Beer Samples.
