I usually gain somewhere between 2 and 8 pounds when I'm at Disney World. This past year I didn't gain anything. I think it was because I was just recovering from pneumonia and my body needed all the energy it could get. I'm lucky though. I seem to have a base weight that stays pretty constant. Even the time I gained 8 pounds I was back to my normal weight again in 2-3 weeks.

In a day at WDW, we average between 13 & 15 miles/day and we do laps in the morning at our hotel pool. Imagine if we didn't!! However, we do lose it quickly when we get back home because we're very strict. Everyone had some great responses to this thread (& I learned of some new food!) Thanks a lot! It's the first time I've actually tried to start one!
