When my parents were living in an apartment while waiting for their house to sell, they lived near there too. Off Conroy, but west of I-4. One of the places was right behind Holy Land Experience. I'm not sure what things are currently like over there, because my parents were living there in 2005 ish, when a lot of apartments were doing "condo conversions." I'm sure quite a few of those places are back to being rentals.
