What about you? What's your favorite food & how much have you gained in one trip?

I usually gain somewhere between 2 and 8 pounds when I'm at Disney World. This past year I didn't gain anything. I think it was because I was just recovering from pneumonia and my body needed all the energy it could get.

I'm lucky though. I seem to have a base weight that stays pretty constant. Even the time I gained 8 pounds I was back to my normal weight again in 2-3 weeks.

And I gained about four pounds last week on the dining plan ... not good at all. But it won't take much to get rid of that either.

a 7 - 10 day trip is worth 5 pounds to me, and I know it would be worse if not for walking 10 hours a day and swimming as well.

and I tend to either hold steady or lose about 2 lbs or gain about 3, it varies from trip to trip and depends on whether or not I work out while I'm there

I actually tend to lose weight on a Disney trip. Because I often dine in restaurants for work, I don't tend to increase calories, but I have little time for excercise. When I am walking and swimming while away, I actually lose!

I usually gain about 4lb but loose it when I eat normally at home. Think how much we would gain if we ate the same amount and didnt do all of that walking! lol

I don't usually gain because I push my mom around in her wheelchair, and the extra intensity usually takes four pounds off.

Unless I get more leg muscles, which is entirely possible too.

However, we do lose it quickly when we get back home because we're very strict. Everyone had some great responses to this thread (& I learned of some new food!) Thanks a lot! It's the first time I've actually tried to start one!
