I am taking my two girls to this show when it comes to Utah 3/15-18th. My girls want to dress up real bad (1 minnie, 1 cinderella) Can someone tell me if kids dress up for this kind of thing? We went to the princesses on ice like three years ago and I don't remember anyone dressed up.
Does anyone know? I don't want to disappoint my girls.
    THANKS EVERYONE!

Dress them up, take lots of pictures and have fun!

I went to the Disney Store yesterday and bought my boys the Incredibles spinning light up toys for $12. They sell them for $20 at the show. I also went to Smart and Final and bought cotton candy for $4.99 (16 small bags in the package). I refuse to pay $10 for a bag of cotton candy just because they slap a cheap hat on top of the bag.
    I do love a bargain!

Thanks so much for the reply's! My daughter's will for sure dress up! :)

I am also going to buy some things before the show. I am not into the 10 buck sno-cone or cotton candy. Only in Disneyland will I shell out that kind of money! Thanks for the tips! I heard the show is mostly about the Incredables??

We have only seen one other, Disney Princesses.
I found that the Disney Princess show had more beautiful sets and costumes and that it seemed to have more figure skating.
The Incredibles at Disneyland had more of a story but the sets were really nothing special. However, as the sets were about Disneyland, I liked that.
The children I was with, one 11 year old girl, two 8 year old girls and one 3 year old boy absolutely loved this show and were thoroughly entertained the entire show. My son, who never sits for anything, sat in his chair the whole time watching the show in awe.
The show is a little interactive and the kids really enjoyed that.
My friends took their two boys, 9 and 4 and they said the same thing.
So I would sum it up that the sets are not visually stunning and there really is not much figure skating but it is a really entertaining show and children especially seem to like it.

I have been to four Disney on Ice Shows and the DL Adventure could have had better props. Don't get me wrong, my kids were very impressed but 3 years ago the visuals seemed more impressive.
We just went to DL in Sept so it was great fun for them each time they would recognize a ride scene.

ncnike7- It's definitely something to do with your little girl at least once. They always have a couple of princesses thrown in for the girls, even the "Jungle" Disney on Ice last year.
Also, the closer to the ice the better.
Our very first show we had front row (can touch the ice with your foot front row) seats that were $50 each. The last few times we have had 3rd or 4th row seats at $35 each. It also makes for some awesome pictures. No video allowed : (

There is a magic associated with being that close if you can afford it. Sometimes you can get like a 3rd Row seat on a corner or something with no unobstructed view that is a little cheaper. Those seats are good too. Whatever you do, Enjoy yourselves.
