From the airpost, follow the signs to the 105 East, and get in the Carpool lane. Take it all the way to the end of the freeway, follow the signs to the 605 south for just a few miles, then take the 91 east. Once on the 91, get back into the carpool lane. Take that to the special carpool exit for the 5 south. That places you on the 5 south Carpool lane, take that until you get to the special Disneyland Dirve Carpool exit.
