As to the OP question, I don't know if schools are still on Fall break, but October is no longer "off season." It shouldn't be too bad tho, better than summer or weekends!

I didn't expect it since October used to be pretty quiet. I went Friday morning 8 am and for a couple of hours it was very quiet.
