We are going to the Mickey's Trick or Treat for the first time this year. We are going on 10/22. I was hoping someone could tell us what is usually open for the Trick or Treat part. We are only going to the parks 2 days this trip & want to skip the rides/attractions that will be open at night.

Thanks in advance for any info.

ORDDU: Yes, and the 3 of us will be attending it this year for the very first time in the history of this particular coven. Usually we go to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party in Florida, instead. This year we decided to attend the California party. But we aren't sure what will be open at DCA just yet. Someone should come along with the correct answers soon.

We'll be there the same night. Taking our DD, son in law and grandson for their first time. DH will be dressed as Goofy (look for a rather large Goofy) son in law and grandson have Star Wars costumes. DD and I will just wear street clothes with a halloween t shirt and I have a puffy Mickey Mouse pumpkin hat. Come say hi if you see us :)

My biggest suggestion is to avoid the Hollywood area at the beginning of the evening. Seems that most people tend to go that way. If you see a big line for a trick or treat station, by pass it and you'll find that there is PLENTY of candy left later in the night :)

Thanks for all the tips. We are really excited & can't wait. I am glad to hear so much will be open.
