    However, I keep hearing that it's extremely violent. R-rated type violent. I typically avoid super-violent movies and tv shows.

    Will Marvel have the convincing power enough that I'll watch?

    Right now, the answer is no. I don't think I'll enjoy the extreme violence, but I'll miss the Marvel storytelling.

    It is pretty violent, but I wouldn't say it's R rated level.

    So I was wonderinf, if Netflix series make it do DVD/BD in the US?

    Yes they do dagobert - I first watched House of Cards on DVD before I got Netflix to watch season's 2 and 3. Whilst I think DareDevil is shaping up very well story wise - I'm learning to avert my eyes very quickly in some of the scenes!

    Isn't Daredevil a Disney property? Disney/Marvel produced it for Netflix, like thay produce other shows for ABC. So I guess Disney wants to make money with DVD/BDs too.

    By the way, does Disney-ABC produce tv shows for other networks too, or only for ABC? I know they did that with Scrubs for NBC.

    I just read that Netflix has ordered a second season. And I assume they will continue moving forward with the other planned shows.
