I've spent nearly the whole day with some friends at a Red Bull restaurant here in Salzburg to watch the event. They even had a special Red Bull Stratos burger.

I was watching with the whole family and as he was waiting for the door to open I was starting to have some concerns about what I would do in the event something went wrong. It made me think back to the Challenger disaster and what must have been going through teacher's minds since so many classrooms were watching that day. Fortunately, Felix had an amazing jump and we didn't have to face those discussions. That was something to see.
