Originally Posted By Darkbeer Costco is a good choice, you could just take the local public bus (route 43) up about 3 miles to Orangethorpe. A lot more stuff is there, including the discount Disney's Character Warehouse, a Food4Less grocery store, plus an In-n-Out Burger for lunch. Plus there is also a Target at this intersection. You are talking over 3 miles each way, so most people would say to far to walk, especially after shopping. The bus is quick and convenient, they run every 15 minutes.
