We like the first week of December best, especially Candelight. The second week of December is also good. By the third week of December it's getting really crowded.

You can buy tickets for reserved seating that include dinner - the dinner was amazing at Steakhouse55 and we sat in front - I think those tix were $100 each (not sure as mine were comped)

They follow the parade route singing Christmas carols carrying candles, then arrange themselves on huge choir risers at mainstreet. Then a celebrity reads the Christmas story from the bible, pausing for the choir to sing. Once the Christmas story is read some other songs are sung and another short piece is read. Overall it's pretty religious, so if Christmas isn't that much of a religious holiday for you, I don't know how you'd like it.

Christmas stuff: the "snope" on mainstreet after the fireworks. (Snow that's really soap bubbles)

Special Christmas fireworks, and a Christmas Parade.

Holiday decorations everywhere, including a massive tree on mainstreet.

Small World and Haunted Mansion had special Holiday decorations on the inside.

Special Holiday eats. (Pepermint and Pumpkin Fudge--yum!!)

For the past couple of years they've had a reindeer round-up at the Woody's round-up area, where you can see real live reindeer and if memory serves, meet santa. I could be wrong about Santa, I forget.

I'm sure there's other stuff, but that's what I can think of off the top of my head.

Oh, you can pay extra and go to Mickey's Holiday Party some nights. I've never paid, so someone else will have to tell you about that.

Santa is in the Log Cabin along side Woody's round-up. The line gets long so get there early for that!
