No fireworks on New Years Eve? It is Possible

    The local news broadcasts (both TV and Radio) are warning about High Santa Ana winds this weekend, and New Years Eve and New Years Day, including worries about the Rose Parade.

    I slept on Colorado Blvd one New Years Eve to watch the Rose parade. The winds were so bad, that one of the Rose Parade signs fell and hit a guy on the head. He was less than half a block from us, so we got to see the whole thing unfold. The emergency lights were pretty. :)
