it is a mix of people that are staying local at a hotel, and others that are driving in for only one day.
My mom hasn't been in over a year, She is saying we should meet at the DISNEYLAND Letter sculptures between the parks. I am pretty sure it isn't Disneyland, and now it is California. Help us?

Although there isn't much shade there....

Perhaps pick a fountain in DTD to meet next to. There's one between the tran stop and World of Disney store that is in the shade most of the time, and has plenty of space for a large-ish group. It would be pretty easy to head from there into the parks if you wish, or to one of the restaurants in DTD or the hotels.

I knew the letters had been removed, but somehow I thought they had put something else in. We decided on by the fountain across from the La Brea Bakery. It is in the shade, easily accessible from the tram, (as my mom is in a scooter, my cousin will be on crutches and we will have 3 kids under age 6 with us.) So not waking back into DTD.
So if you are in the area on Thursday morning stop by and say congratulations. We will be the big group in the aqua t-shirts.
