He always was wonderful, and did special things for Alex. This year, we have been working for over a month on a special basket for Alex. Unfortunately, it was something VP doesn't normally sell, so I know without John we won't be able to do the basket. I have no clue who to talk to at VP now to plan our trip this year, and when I talked to John last week, I let him know I would email him this week with our needs. He was a wonderful man, a great asset to Disney, and will be missed by all. Last year, we gave him a What Would Walt Do pin, because as a cast member, in my opinion, John was the person who simply epitomized what Walt would have loved in an employee. We will miss him tremendously. Sorry this is so long winded, but when I read this post last night, I just started crying. I considered John a friend, and he considered me a friend. I will miss him very much. Thanks for letting me share with you all in the good memories and the sadness. Leanne
