We got ours because of DLF8 - she got hers and her son and friend were with me and my kids - so we all went to City Hall answered the questions of when and where... And they handed them to us - I still have a couple tabs left on mine so I will take it in Dec.

So if you are going back before the end of the year take them with you... If not you could pass them along to another family going before then

Like they are trying to use them up before the year runs out? I say this because we had never even come close (even just seeing a prize being given) to prizes for one and 3/4 years even though we'd spent maybe 35 days in the parks. Then all of a sudden we've gotten two lanyards and two ear hats.
