The first day we arrived we did not even go to the park, we checked in around 11:30 and our room was not ready so we went to the pool to wait. It was not that crowded and we sat and had lunch. The PPH had some great drinks on the menu at the pool, one in particular called the "Vacation", wayy..yummy! It was warm though, but not to bad. We had dinner at the PCH Grill and our server was rather unpleasent, oh well her problem. I think she may have been new but I did not ask because she was very short with us and I thought she may have been flustered. That night we watched the fireworks from the pool area. When we got back to our room that night there was a message on the phone saying that we could have early admission to the park in the AM and that POTC was opening. We got up the next AM at 6:30, got ready and left for the park.Already a line. We got in and stood in line that started at the Black and white theator on Main Street. It was not bad though, the CMs were great with the crowd, no cuts! I did not see anyone with LP tees on, soo I was a little bummed! The line looked really long be we only waited like 45 min. not bad. Afterwe rode the POTC, which IMO is great, we went to eat at Carnation Cafe. The line for that was also 45 min!!The food was great though, and I was glad to have coffee. Our server was so wonderful. After breakfast we went and got two strollers with or Disney Visa(free), I love that! Then headed over to CA, which was not crowded at all, everyone was at the POTC!!LOL! We rode Soaring and TOT and Rapids in an hour! Itwas great, but by that time I was pooped! The kids were tired too so we headed back to the room for a rest and to get waters. We ended up going back to the pool and ordered lunch. We let the kids sleep for an hour or so and I went down to the lobby to check on some of the goodies I had ordered from Vacation Planning. About an hour later my sons POTC basket arrived( when I figure out how to upload it -I will put pics). It was beutiful! Expensive though, $110.00! OUch!! Also, the kids all got a rice crispy Mickey head with the ears dipped, and ice cold milk, in one of those champaigne buckets. Ok, i will finish latter, I am still wiped and its Monday!! Sad.. I must be getting old!

The next day we went to California Adventure in the AM and rode the Rapids, and got fast passes for Calif. Screaming. I did not ride, my son is too little to get on. So my husband and 11 yr. old DD rode while my 4 yr.old DS and 6 yr.old DD rode the Merry go Round and the Ferris Wheel. We also [played some of the carnival games. We actually made it back on time to see those nuts take off on CS! After they got off we ate at the hotdog place down the street from TOT and it was pretty good. We were really hungry, but who knew hotdogs were so $$$. Geez! I hav to say all in all this was a great trip! I wont go on about all the rides and soforth, but I loved all the different food choices and we really ate at some great places. I definitly reccomend Grandvilles and we ordered pizza from a place close to the hotel on Katella. Ok, well thats all for now. I hope everyone has a great time on their upcomeing trips!!
