Myquestion is this; If I wanted to take my hopper pass to City Hall or whatever it's called and convert it to an annual pass, would they let me do it and how much would it cost? Would it just be cheaper for to buy a couple 2 day hoppers in November? What do you guys think?

You pay the price difference between what you paid for the hopper versus the price of the AP you choose. Be sure you use any early entries and any other benefits attached to your hopper before converting to an AP. They go away once you convert.

Say your last day in the park in 5/27 you can upgrade that day and they will give you a ticket you can get in and out with so you aren't blocked. If your last day was to be 5/27 and you upgrade before that day you will have to pay $30 to get in as a blocked day. SO just make sure if you upgrade you do it either after/or on a blocked day. Good luck.
