I'd like to buy several apples at once, but an apple isn't something that fits in your pockets very easy.

If I asked for a bag at a retail location would they give to me to carry apples or other fruits in?

Anyone have any suggestions? Other than sneak in a non-disney paper lunch sack or something.

Kind of like those mojo sacks, but something that showed the form of the apple better. But if Disney had a plastic bag for free, I would use that too. Maybe a smaller version of a potato sack? But elastic and not brown.

That stuff is pretty much intended to be bought and eaten, no?

I think you wouldn't have any problem bringing in a bag of snacks from home (to put in your BACKPACK, which every park patron should carry anyway if they don't have a man-purse), OR, at the very least, just take a plastic bag from the grocery store and stick it in your pocket so you can put those fruits you purchased into them to carry around (I guess).

Sounds kind of like a pain though. I'd go with the personal snacks wrapped up in your backpack if I were you, or else just buy an apple and eat the danged thing. ;)

So the short answer is NO, they probably don't have "apple sacks" at the Disney fruit stand. (this topic is just kinda funny, ain't it?)

But maybe they do. I dunno?

New topic...has anyone ever done any produce shopping in Disneyland?

I don't think that would be considered "sneaking". I wouldn't worry about it (probably a good idea in your case).

I'm pretty sure they would, if you explained that you were heading to the fruit stand to buy a few apples and needed a plastic bag to carry them in.

Again, I wouldn't worry about that either. I'm reasonably sure a worker would hand you a bag no problem.

Oops. Missed the part about you not liking backpacks.

Maybe you could carry a briefcase? :p

Do they sell apples in every land at Disneyland...if so, I could probably not have to buy more than one at a time, maybe?

Or, you could ask the Nubian Princess if she'd like a Pam Anderson makeover for a day.

Good luck with that apple fetish!
