I am going with my husband and my best friend. We are not bringing any children. Any help you could provide would be much appreciated! Thanks so much!

I got the holiday season open date from Costco Travel when I booked my trip.

To insure a great trip I would make Priority Seating arrangements 60 days prior which is when you can make them. Also a month before I would check the Disneyland Calender to see the hours and entertainment schedule that way you can have a plan of attack. Also look at the refurbishment schedule about a month prior as well but check often up until you go. I can't tell you how many times we made plans to ride something that will be closed after our first day there. Then the next day people walk by and say I didn't know that was going to be closed. Just some things I've done. Mouseplanet.com also has DLR Park Update if you go there the do Monday updates and in those it lists events and refurbishment I use that site as a resource as well as this one and Disneyland.com

Sorry so much info. Hope it helps!

She also said that it would be 60 days prior to the start for the date.
Also last year I believe it start Nov 21 for the Fireworks and Parade.
If I am wrong I apologize.
