Try to get a spot on the Main Street curb, kids tend to have a lot of interaction with those walking in the parades. My son loved the characters, especially the 7 Dwarves.

Animal Kingdom was fun, especially the Safari ride, they loved the live animals.

We found the fireworks to be a little too loud on little ears, but we could watch them from outside the park where the bangs wasn't quite as noisy.

My kids go on pretty much every attraction they are tall enough for except ToT. But they have been going to Disney parks since they were a few weeks old. And in the parks, they are quite adventurous.

Take your time, that is key.

MK - Mine love the Train, Jungle Cruise, Carpets and Tiki Room, PotC, Country Bears, TSI, Big Thunder, HM, Liberty Belle, everything in Fantasyland, TTA, Buzz, and the Speedway.

Epcot - the Land, Imagination, SSE, and the kidcot funstops. They also loved the Taiko drummers, Mo Rockin, and the Chinese Acrobats.

DHS - Playhouse Disney Live, Star Tours, Muppetvision 3D, LMA, Tram Tour, Meet and Greets, Indy.

DAK - The Safari, Nemo musical, Lion King, the Animal Exhibits, the Boneyard

I was honestly satisfied with Disneyland for the whole trip because I was so little we could only get to a few things at a time.
