I just love that all the characters are animals - I wish Disney would do that more often - In fact most of my favorites are the movies where all the characters are animals (Lion King, Bambi).

I miss the Disney Studios that possessed the intestinal fortitude to risk box office failure -- which the original Fantasia was when first released -- in order to push the envelope. I miss the risk-taking of Walt which gave us films like Fantasia, along with Disneyland. (I guess this is why I admire Cameron so much for spending hundreds of millions on Avatar, in order to develop his new filming technology.) Fantasia will be the epitome of successful risk-taking in filmmaking, for decades to come.
