    So, I would say, NO, you will not have time to spend at DL that day. Well, I guess I shouldnt say that- you could be back at 8:30 or so, and if the park was open until midnight, you might get a couple hours in.

    There should be detailed info in your packet from WDT. They typically overnight the package to you 21 days before your departure. I think you'll call the tour company (grayline) and arrange the pickup at your hotel. The site says they pick up at 150 hotels- so you should be fine.
