WOW, we thought, (no early entry today) we will get on Nemo for sure. Had we but asked the hotel clerk to let us leave our car so we could walk to the park, all would have been well. But........
We decided to drive in and low and behold the parking lot did not open until 7:30. Some people keep track of these things but I just figured that in the middle of summer they would open an hour before park opening. So we sat and waited. And when they finally opened we got the worlds’ slowest ticket taker. Cars were going in all around us as we crawled forward. By the time we got to the courtyard the lines stretched from Disneyland to DCA. We went to Nemo and could possibly have had a relatively short wait but EVERYBODY was rushing in and it just was too crazy for me. So I suggested we do our usual. Head for the Matterhorn which should have very little line do to Nemo madness. Well, there was indeed no line at all. It was broken down. So we did our standby early morning thing: Peter Pan. All looked well with a short line and three cars before our turn; it broke down. After about 10 minutes they sent us away. It was 8:30 before we were finally riding Alice, our first of the day. We got on the train and got a call from Gary and Kathy who were finally in the Park.
We got off at Tomorrowland to meet them. We had a 10AM reservation for the Minnie and Friends Character breakfast. We were all quite hungry so we went to see if we could get in right away and it was no problem. It was as fun as always and the food seemed especially good. I could not resists seconds on biscuits and gravy. The characters were very attentive and we had great fun with the CM near our table. In fact we had to insist that she get back to work.LOL

We had had Tink shots done in front of the Castle the day before so we went to check them out. The overcast sky looked dreary so we decided to try it again.
Since it was our last day, and they had one more, the clones let us do the choosing. We had never finished Pirates Lair so we set off for that. We got our pictures taken with Jack Sparrow and saw the end of the show they do there now.
Then we realized that it was getting time to head to DCA for Aladdin. While in line we saw the Kennesaws who joined us. When the balcony opened up I suggested that we join that queue for front row seats. Which we did.

Really enjoyed the conversation before the show and the show itself of course. We said goodbye to Tom and Joe and went to see if our pictures were ready. Well, the sky was blue but the photographer had cut off the castle completely. So we ended up buying the first ones anyway.

By then we really needed to hit the road. Had we done so we probably would have been okay. However, we decided to check out World of Disney where I (strangely enough) could find little that interested me. Then we decided to go to the character outlet store which seemed to have all the same stuff as last February.
So hit the road we did to the tune of 4 hours to get to the top of the Grapevine. After a dinner stop I took over driving. I was supposed to drive the rest of the way home so DH could sleep as he had work in the morning. Well, for some reason, I could not stay awake and he had to take over for the last few hours. I even fell back to sleep between pulling into our drive and him opening the gate.
But the next day I could not quit talking to anyone who would listen about the great trip we had. The meets were so much fun and this was the first trip back with our other 2 quarters since we met in December. They came home on Thursday and we were out to dinner Friday to share pictures and stories and start planning our next trip.
And no, we never did get onto Nemo. It will still be there in October.

gates open and we'll run for Nemo. You and Mr. Ram can even enter the sub first.

In the Tink picture it is MrRAM1984, me, ShivaThDistroyer, Tinkeroon.
We call them our other half or "clones". We just met last December in Disneyland and we live just 10 minutes from each other. We are all full on Disneyland junkies and are inseperable.

We actually feel incomplete when we are at Disneyland without them and they feel the same way too. They're coming over tonight and we'll be spending the rest of the evening eating Pizza and watching a Disney animated feature. Life is good!

As far as my name...I apologize, it has to be one of the worst on LP. I would have taken ShivaThChurroDestroyer but it was too many letters : (

Yes, I've read through some of RAM's and yours other reports/threads/posts, and it *is* amazing (I couldn't believe it when I kept reading of all the coincidences, lol)---that's what I meant by comment really, was the whole thing overall. Just uncanny!
