I make no apologies for demanding good customer service from anyone I buy from..and I made that clear to him. I explained to him that he needs to work on his customer service skills if he expects to get any more business from me (or anyone else). He finally did ship out my dvd's to me.. He actually gave me what I ordered and more (that I didn't even pay for). So, that was nice of him..and I thanked him for that. Have I ordered anything else from him since? No... But, the dvds are nice..good disney history.

He finally refunded my money. I recently ordered the Anaheim Vacationland book and paid over $10.00 for shipping and it took over a month to get the item. I live less than 20 miles from his home base. (The book, although nice, was NOT worth the price I paid for it.) I will never order from them again. Also a word on the DVD's. I have a friend who has purchased many DVD's from them and it's really hit and miss. Most have interesting material but the quality is sometimes not so good. My personal observation is that they try to rush out too much new product at the expense of quality. If you’re really hungry for this stuff then that may not matter to you.
