So how do I find out about the Sunroute Plaza, Tokyo Bay Tokyu and Hotel Okura? I can't read Japanese and I don't want to pay for international calls because communication is very limited.

These are the only one sites of official or Partner Hotels in english that I know...from hotels that are the closest to TDR... You may want to drop the moderator at www.jtcent.com a note and ask since he is quite knowledgeable about this.

Personally... if you want to be close to or on property... I would stick to the Sheraton or the Hilton. Best facilities there with the best staff.
