    I just received a phone call saying that my daughter Rebecca has just been given the news that her unborn child has died.

    Rebecca and her husband Martin wanted it to be a surprise, so we don't know yet if we lost a granddaughter or grandson.

    It was due in two weeks.

    They live in a suburb of Denver and are on their way back to the hospital to deliver the child.
