Another cool feature was that Casey Jr. was to be rerouted so that its loading station was in Circusland. The concept model and art remind me of all of those regional parks with a "county fair" themed area that was built in the 70's. While it's a logical and easy theme, they haven't aged gracefully, and really don't compare to the level of theming that Disney typically does. Storybook Circus in MK is really the first time I've seen that theme done http://negative-g.com/six-flag...Fair.jpg http://www.themeparkarchive.co...6039.jpg http://www.themeparkarchive.co...3253.jpg http://www.negative-g.com/six-...dway.jpg

Circusland (as a concept, not the exact execution) was eventually built, but not at Disneyland: http://www.easywdw.com/reports...ks80.jpg Many of the thematic elements from Circusland eventually made their way to the Magic Kingdom.
