What are the chances of 1. anyone cancelling -should I keep calling back? and 2. getting on the list the day we actually want to go once we get in the park.

We are driving in from Vegas, so we won't get there until midday Monday (if traffic is decent). We were planning on being in the parks Tues, Wed, Thurs since it will probably be packed on the holiday and we don't want to waste a day going in to DCA in the afternoon just to eat, we prefer to go in the morning when it's not as busy in the park. Will DCA be as crowded as Disneyland?

Eating at Ariel's isn't a "must", but my daughter loved it the last time we went and I already know we will not be standing in line at Princess Fantasy Faire so this would be her chance to see the princesses.

Ok, there's my long questions - can anyone help? Thanks!
