I have several questions that I am hoping can be answered: 1. March, April or May? Which is best as far as crowds and weather. I know we need to avoid the two weeks around Easter. 2. Day of the week to visit - is it best to avoid weekends? 3. How long does the shuttle take to get from the resort to the airport? 4. If there are any other helpful ideas/tips out there, I would love to hear them! Thank you very much.

I've only been to DLPR a couple of time, so I can't really comment on weedays vs. weekends, but if I were to guess I would say weekends are busier since DLPR is so close to Paris. As for the getting to the airport and other stuff, I point you to the best DLPR site, which has a lot of good info: http://www.dlp.info/Guide/inde x.htm

March - could be snow or 70 degrees, same for April. Avoid Easter like the plague. May has the best weather, but there is often maintanence and bigger crowds. Of the three months though, I'd opt for May as you may get a preview of the new Toon Studios in the Village. But if you can, hold off till October. Toon Studios will be open, the new parade will be running, and Tower of Terror may be in preview mode. 2. Definately avoid the weekends and Wednesdays (a number of European schools are off. Tuesdays and Thursdays tend to be the lightest. also, you will not see it all in one day, but you can do the highlights. If you have been to other Disney resorts, let us know so we can help you. 3. Allow between and hour and an hour and a half for the shuttle. Alternatively, you may wish to take the TGV train which is about 15 minutes, but it costs more. 4. I have lots of tips after 42 trips over the last 15 years, but have a look around here first, let us know about your tastes and how long you are staying, and we'll help you along. BTW - the Sequoia Lodge is a good choice!

When you politely ask them to do their job they proceed to use the F-word and one even got beligerent and wanted to punch out a member of my party. When it was brought to DLP's attention they ignored it at the highest levels basically because Karl Holz and George Kalogridis are vermin. This is quite true and I'd go into further details, but we were not nearly the only people who had this problem. It's the exception when you find a driver who does his job. Take the train in from Paris. Oh, and just my advice, but when the GM of one of Disney's resorts at DLP tells you that 'we know the Holiday Inn is considered to be much better than any of our hotels except the DLH by most guests', that speaks volumes about where you might want or not want to stay. If it were me, I'd stay at a nice hotel in Paris and spend 40 minutes training in.
