On Saturday night she was rushed from the nursing home to ER, she has been there ever since. They had been running test after test to try and discover what exactly was wrong. It's been difficult as she was recently diagnosed with Parkinson and dementia. It has really taken over her body and mind so communication can be very difficult at times. After test came back last night they decided to do emergency surgery. They found a mass in her small intestine. They removed it late last night, it was gangrene and it's was big. They are doing lab work to understand what it is and why it developed. Due to my grandma's age (85) and her heart condition they left her under and on a breathing machine. They will slowly bring her to today. My family is doing well, we are people of great faith, so I'm asking that you say some prayers for my grandma's comfort - whatever the Lord may want that to be at this time. Thank you.
