They kind of divide up into three groups while performing and perform to the three sections of the seating so you will see the performers from any seating area. When the fire dancer performs he moves around the stage and performs to all three sections.

BBQ pork ribs are no comparison to a real Kalua pig prepared in the traditional manner (that is, cooked all day buried in the ground). Once you're set up to do it, it's not difficult to do, so I have to assume that it would be more expensive. Having Kalua pig is the best part of a luau, so excluding it from the dinner show at the Poly is a major disappointment, at least for me.

Mom made the plans and made it the thing she was most looking forward to during the whole trip. Very dissapointed, but we got supreise stuff elsewhere that ended up making up for it!
