Another thing that I love about Ridemax is that offer great personal service. I emailed the general info address at Ridemax a few days ago because was concerned about creating a Sunday plan for October 24 using Saturday October 23's estimated wait times. The ridemax staff doesn't make time estimates for Sundays. Because it seems that Saturdays are less crowded nowadays than Sundays I wondered if this still worked. Mark Winters the creator of Ridemax got back to me within a few days and said that if I was concerned I could use the estimates for October 16 to create a plan for the 24th, as they are using longer wait time estimates on the 16th than they are on the 23rd. I am impressed that they got back to me quickly with a response that was a big help! I remember contacting them with questions in the past, and I have always been impressed with their customer service.
