We would like to visit both parks on seperate days, maybe one day for just plain fun and a fourth day for the Big Meet. Are there any other "not to be missed" attractions in the Orange County area? I have never been to the LA area. We think it might be wise to just stay in that area and leave other parts of California for other trips.

As far as other locations as I dont know where you are from the beach might interest you because huntington beach and newport beach are very close. You also might look into Universal Studios, and knotts berry farm which are quite close and if you check with the annabella they might have a deal on a day tour to those locations. I also suggest for people atleast once to go to medieval times in buena park (about 10 min away) which if you never been there is about a 1000 seat inside venue where you get to watch knights and kings jousting and sword fighting while your eating and drinking, if your not familiar this is the place that jim carey was in in the movie cable guy with the knights and swords scene. enjoy
