Judging by the current progress, I wouldn't be surprised if they pushed to get the currently-under-construction walkways open in time for Christmas, since they'll need all the space they can get for that week. It looks like they've done the bulk of the grading and infrastructure work for those areas, so hopefully it won't be too much longer before they're ready (though the moat landscaping and 'bridge' theming probably won't be done by then, the walkways themselves could be) After those are complete, they'll move on to the next phase of construction, working in the northern half of the hub to build the new lighting towers and food kiosks, and add the outer ring of sidewalk (which will require significant grading, like the first phase has)
