If the parking structure tram loading area is really crowded I usually walk along the path closer to the tramway. I get to the tram dropoff area in about the same time amount of time that it takes 3 trams to load up and drop off.

    Here is a marked map.

About 2/3'rds of a mile from the best parking spot in the structure.

And since the Main Entrance Plaza is closer to the East Side of the Park, yes, HoJo's is closer......

So my concern would be a lot of travel time to and from the parking structure would cut into our break time too much.

So, it seems it would be easier to just stay at a closer hotel than drive to one a bit further out.

When are you going? still for October?

What I like about walking from the parking lot is that not a lot of people do it. You have the pathways mostly to yourself. The excitement level is highest in the morning and the kids get to keep moving (instead of waiting for a tram and then sitting).

At the end of a long day, though...God bless that tram!
